Thank you so much for the great answer, it does seem they have costs, though I spent time looking for it... doesn't seem like the project is very clear on that and that's pretty bad since pricing is a big part when you choose to host on web2.0 or web3.0 if 2.0 has flat rates that are easier to deal with.

About fleek, yes they have flat rates and that's awesome as an alternative to Netlify (which I love), but i'm missing the backend functionality for it - on the plus side they have storage support =)

Anyway thanks, maybe in a few months when you figure out the scale and pricing you can do a post about it? looking forward to read more about how you tackled ICP DApp development
